✔ Mobile Dispatch Fee ($50)
✔ One Notary Public Signature ($10)
✔ Travel within 15 miles of Tempe (85281)
✔ Service at your home, office, hospital, care facility, or other preferred location

Additional Notary Signatures: $10 each
Extended Travel: $0.67 per mile beyond 15 miles
